1 order = 1 credit. CWILL Post-Purchase syncs & tracks 1 order for you, it consumes 1 credit.

Order lookups do not consume credits, which means your customers have unlimited lookups.

If an order contains multiple shipments, it still only consumes one credit.

Can I change my plan in the middle of the billing cycle?

Yes, you can change your plan at any time based on your needs. Changing your plan follows the rules:

Upgrading your plan takes effect immediately.

Downgrading your plan will take effect after your current plan ends.

Switching from an annual plan to a monthly plan is considered a downgrade and will only take effect after the annual plan expires.
