Pro and Premium plans include a free trial period—no charges while it runs. The Free plan doesn't need a trial since it's free indefinitely.

Usage is tracked across three limits: image optimizations, AI credits, and backlinks exchanged. Image optimization limits and AI credits reset monthly. Higher-tier plans include increased limits for all three.

Yes. All plan changes take effect immediately, including switching from monthly to annual billing or from annual to monthly billing. Shopify will process the new subscription charge. If you switch from an annual plan to a monthly plan and would like a refund for the unused portion of your annual subscription, please contact us at [email protected].

For image compressions and AI credits, there is an overage toggle, and it is off by default. When the quota is used up, the system will inform you when you have run out and guide you to turn on the overage toggle if you want to keep using the feature. If you exceed the backlink limit, you will need to upgrade your plan.

No. Historical SEO data from other apps is not imported because each app uses a different auditing and data mechanism. SEO & Speed uses its own automated scan to collect and analyze the store's SEO data.
