Responsibilities:
- Strategize for Growth: Formulate and execute comprehensive optimization strategies to elevate search engine results page (SERP) rankings and organic visibility.
- Keyword Intelligence: Conduct in-depth keyword research to identify high-value opportunities for integration across web properties and marketing collateral.
- Data-Driven Goal Setting: Establish Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and measurable benchmarks to quantify the success and impact of marketing initiatives.
- Performance Monitoring: Analyze daily performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of SEO tactics and inform data-backed strategy adjustments.
- Cross-Functional Alignment: Facilitate clear communication with marketing peers to ensure brand messaging and strategic objectives remain synchronized.
- Strategic Collaboration: Partner with internal marketing teams to co-manage and scale a cohesive SEO roadmap.
- Content Excellence: Produce high-impact, SEO-optimized content, including blog posts and meta-descriptions, designed to engage users and drive conversions.
- Continuous Optimization: Perform regular content audits and link-building updates to maintain peak site health and competitive search rankings.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- 2–3+ years of proven success in developing and executing comprehensive SEO campaigns.
- Deep understanding of search engine algorithms and modern ranking methodologies.
- Proficiency in SEO industry platforms, specifically Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics.
- Expertise in keyword research and the use of advanced data mining tools.
- Ability to conduct competitive analyses to benchmark performance against industry peers.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills across all professional channels.
- Adept at analyzing high-volume datasets on a daily basis to drive strategy.
- Familiarity with WordPress and various other content management systems (CMS).
- Additional experience in broader marketing functions, such as customer growth and promotion, is a plus.
