- Support outbound, lifecycle, event, partner, and content campaigns through data analysis, list building, and campaign reporting.
- Help teams understand which channels, campaigns, and segments are creating real pipeline and revenue impact.
Reporting and Business Intelligence
- Create weekly and monthly growth reports for internal teams and leadership.
- Build dashboards for pipeline performance, campaign performance, lifecycle performance, customer growth, and retention visibility.
- Work with cross-functional teams to define KPIs and ensure consistent reporting standards across tools and teams.
- Help connect data across systems such as HubSpot, Google Sheets, Google Analytics, product data, and other internal sources.
- Document reporting logic so teams can trust, repeat, and improve the metrics they use.
Process, Automation, and Documentation
- Improve internal workflows through better automation, cleaner data structures, and more consistent operating rules.
- Document data processes, reporting logic, CRM conventions, campaign tracking rules, and lead management workflows.
- Create scalable systems for customer segmentation, revenue reporting, campaign attribution, and growth operations.
- Partner with RevOps and leadership to improve operational efficiency and reduce manual work.
- Operate comfortably in a 0-to-1 environment where systems are still being built, tested, and improved.
