Media coverage:
After more than a decade of building products for eCommerce teams, today, we’re thrilled to announce that Channelwill is now CWILL. Through the rebrand, we’re building a unified platform where customer data flows seamlessly across tracking, returns, reviews, email, and support. Our four major products—ParcelPanel (now ParcelWILL), Trustoo (now TrustWILL), EcomSend (now SendWILL), and SEOAnt (now SEOWILL)—have also been renamed. At this time, we also introduce ChatWILL, an AI-powered customer service tool.
By rebranding, we aim to empower DTC brands to easily improve marketing, post-purchase, and customer retention with a single, connected system rather than juggling multiple tools.

From Disconnected Tools to a Unified Platform
Scaling hit a roadblock for our CEO and founder, Bo Liu, when he worked as both a merchant and a developer. He learned firsthand that disconnected tools make scaling expensive and inefficient. He faced huge challenges when trying to build workflows across multiple systems and ensure consistent reporting. To him, each new integration brought more headaches rather than value.
Bo put it vividly, “Without a solid foundation, building a skyscraper is simply out of the question.” From then on, Bo realized the importance of a “Lego-like” SaaS. In 2014, he teamed up with Clooney Wang to found Channelwill, aiming to provide brands with dependable systems that fit seamlessly and offer maximum flexibility.
Over the past 11 years, both our portfolio and global reach have expanded, serving over 30,000 customers worldwide. By 2024, Channelwill facilitated over $162 billion USD in GMV. By 2025, we’ve seen this figure nearly double, driven by increased product adoption and retention rates.
As you may notice, although our product solutions, such as ParcelPanel and Trustoo, grew in popularity, the presence of our platform remained limited. Apparently, by just looking at their names, you could never realize they belonged to a single platform.
“We ended up building separate websites and brand systems for our products. That confused our customers while distracting our attention and draining valuable resources,” according to Steve Yang, COO of CWILL. “We decided to change this thoroughly, because moving forward, the ideal relationship between CWILL and its products should be hub-and-spoke.”
Unveiling CWILL’s New Identity
“CWILL is not just an abbreviation of Channelwill,” said Bo. “Its meaning is multi-fold.”
Bo went on by explaining, “First of all, ‘WILL’ means the future, determination, and endless possibilities.” While keeping the meaning of “Channel,” the letter “C” also means “Centralized,” “Connected,” “Customer-First,” and “Commerce.” So, the combination of CWILL clearly reflects our company’s long-term goal: to build a centralized and autonomous platform where products are “intelligent” and “proactive.” That’s to say, they can work independently without any commands and take responsibility for their performance.
CWILL’s visual identity, the Möbius strip, a symbol of continuity, infinite potential, and seamless connection, is a great embodiment of this vision.

CWILL’s updated design system ties its five products together, while unique color accents give each solution an instantly recognizable identity.
Now, you can find our new identity live on CWILL.com. The new typeface and refreshed design bring to life our focus on seamless connection and our AI-driven, proactive approach to eCommerce.
An Ecosystem Built for Tomorrow’s Ecommerce
The CWILL platform now unifies five major products in its portfolio:
- ParcelWILL (formerly ParcelPanel): Helps brands deliver a seamless post-purchase experience with real-time tracking updates, hassle-free returns, and worry-free shipping protection, driving repeat purchases.
- TrustWILL (formerly Trustoo): Builds trust, drives conversions, and improves brand loyalty through incentivized reviews, VIP relationships, and word-of-mouth referrals.
- SendWILL (formerly EcomSend): Sends hyper-personalized emails to improve engagement and keep the conversation going, with real-time tracking, loyalty status, and other signals as triggers.
- ChatWILL: A multilingual AI customer service assistant that gathers order and fulfillment data to respond to support tickets proactively on behalf of CX agents.
- SEOWILL (formerly SEOAnt): Makes it easy for brands to improve discoverability across both search engines and AI discovery channels to convert more traffic into sales.

“This is not just about getting new names and visuals. We want to smooth the shopping experience and build a better future for DTC brands worldwide,” Bo emphasized. “Only with solutions truly working together can brands achieve growth easily. We’ll spare no effort to build that for them.”
