We run Rewards (and Subs) on Appstle for our dog treat brand. Setting up earn rules and redemption tiers was straightforward, and the dedicated rewards page picks up our theme colors instead of looking like a widget bolted onto the site.
What sold me was the support. I asked whether the loyalty page could live inside Shopify's new customer accounts, next to our subscription portal. Taylor answered in about two minutes, offered to do it for me, then recorded a walkthrough video so I could do it myself and know how the next time. Most apps would have just done it quietly and left me dependent on them.
